Apple Walnut Salad With Kale

This delicious kale salad combines crisp apples, salty Parmesan, and crunchy walnuts. This quick salad comes together in just a few minutes, thanks to a simple olive oil, lemon, and apple cider vinegar dressing.

This is my favorite fall salad because it has everything you could want in a salad! Thanks to the crunchy red apples, walnuts, and seeds, this salad has a lot of texture. The kale pairs well with the sweet pomegranate and dressing, and the feta cheese adds a smooth, creamy texture.

You can take it as a side dish, but it works well as a main salad dish. We eat it for lunch on its own. If you're putting together a Thanksgiving menu, this is an excellent place to start.

A fall-inspired salad is a good compromise between the oppressive heat and my desire for all things autumnal. The secret to this light but the creamy dressing is cheese. Raw kale can also sit for a long time without becoming soggy because of its toughness.

Green apples, cheese, crunchy walnuts, and nutty ribbons of raw kale are tossed in a sweet maple and apple cider vinaigrette for a mouthwatering entrée salad.

Total preparing time: 10 minutes, Servings: 2

Ingredients: -

·   10 kale leaves

·   1 tbsp. lemon juice

·   1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

·   2 tbsp. olive oil

·   Pinch of salt

·   1 medium apple, cored and sliced

·   4 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese

·   4 tbsp. chopped walnuts, toasted (if you want)

Instructions: -

Pull the leaves off the stem; tear them into smaller pieces to de-stem the kale.

Merge the small dish's lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, and salt and drizzle over the kale.

Massage the dressing into the kale leaves with your hands. Top with apples, parmesan cheese, and walnuts go on top.

Serve immediately.
